About Withya
Twenty-five years
Withya has been a technology company, an incubator and an investor. Through all of it, we have sat close to founders, and watched what makes a team hold together, or come apart.
2001 · We start by building
Withya begins as Withya Technologies, an e-learning company. About five years later, it merges with another company.
2006 · We start backing others
Withya becomes an incubator in India. Of the five companies we help start, one becomes an HR technology company that is later sold at many times our original valuation. It is also the company where the Three Energy Analysis was born.
2012 · We start a fund
Withya launches The HR Fund, India’s first fund for HR businesses, backed by leaders from across Indian HR. It brings founders knowledge and relationships, not only capital.
2026 · We come back to the mirror
After fifteen years and twenty leadership teams, Withya becomes the home of the Three Energy Analysis, for leadership teams, and for individuals and families.
Clear leaders, strong teams, companies that can stand beyond their founder.
We believe ethical business and profitable business are the same business. We see companies as people, while still taking care of the numbers. And we try to live by the qualities we measure: truthfulness, fearlessness, humility, compassion and equanimity.
